Homework will be handed out on Monday and turned in on Friday.  If the homework is completed before Friday students may return it early.  Since the homework is sent home on Monday it is a review of the previous week's concepts except for spelling.  The amount of homework will start at 4 pages and may increase as the year progresses.  In the beginning of the year, students will receive 4 pages of spelling and 1 page of math homework.  The first week of school the students will have one assignment, Three in a Bag.  They need to bring in three objects that describe them.  We will share our bags on Friday.

If you lose your homework the spelling list will always be posted on this page.  You can complete any of the four activities with your words; write each word three times, use the word in a sentence, rainbow words, alternating between capital and lowercase letters, circle consonants and underline vowels, or create your own.  If you can't find your math homework you can make your own.  Write and solve 25 math problems; two or three digit addition or subtraction, multiplication, story problems, geometric, fractions, or measurement.
